Our Founder
BRETT PERONI, owner of Peroni Financial Group, has been passionately helping people since 2002. Realizing that a little advice can go a long way, Brett is inspired by bringing people closer to their goals and building long-term relationships. By encouraging his clients to step out of their comfort zone, together they design financial plans that encompass their hopes and dreams. He believes the public is severely underserved and misinformed when it comes to financial planning and utilizes his education and technology to give his clients the best chance of creating wealth and living the life they’ve always dreamed of.
Brett graduated from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in 1993, where he graduated with distinction and received a B.S. in Management Engineering and minored in Finance. His Financial Engineering approach to clients planning is what separates him from the traditional advisors that exist in abundance. He is a proud member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table- The Premier Association of Financial Professionals, a member and Past President of NAIFA, The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, member of the Cranberry Chamber of Commerce, member and Board of Governor for the University of Massachusetts Club in Boston, and Registered Representative & Investment Advisor of Park Avenue Securities, Financial Representative of Guardian
Brett, his wife Kerry and their three boys Joseph, Ryan and Devon reside in Lakeville and Falmouth, MA. The majority of his time spent outside work is enjoying his family and friends, exercising, golfing, cooking/eating and the beach.
Office Manager
Michelle Monreal has been with the firm since 2007 and as Office Manager is the backbone for Peroni Financial Group. She is tirelessly helping clients, supporting advisors and scheduling appointments to ensure clients are receiving proper service. Michelle handles the preparation for client review meetings and all corporate renewals. If you come to the office, she will greet you with a smiling face and you will hear that same impression over the phone!
Administrative Assistant
Kimberley Viveros joined the firm in November 2020 as an Administrative Assistant to provide a second level of support to the Advisors and help assist Michelle to lighten her daily workload. Previously Kim worked in various administrative roles in different industries. Not only does Kim bring diverse knowledge but a great personality with a “can do” attitude!
